Sa pamamagitan ng paggamit sa ViralData.ph, sumasang-ayon ka sa mga Tuntuning ito. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon, tigil na lang ang paggamit ng aming serbisyo.

2. AMING MGA SERBISYO

Ang ViralData.ph ay nagbibigay ng TikTok analytics at AI-powered na mga tools para sa mga Filipino creators kabilang ang:

  • Sales Analytics Dashboard – Mga insights sa benta at revenue predictions
  • Video Hook Generator – AI na gumagawa ng attention-grabbing video openings
  • Viral Product Research Tool – Pag-analyze ng trending products at market demand
  • AI Content Generator – Automatic na paggawa ng captions, descriptions, at hashtags

5. BAWAL GAWIN

  • Lumabag sa mga batas o sa TikTok rules
  • Mang-harass ng ibang users o gumawa ng harmful content
  • Gumamit ng bots o automated tools nang walang permission
  • Magbenta ng aming data, AI-generated content, o proprietary algorithms
  • Mag-hack sa aming system o i-reverse engineer ang aming AI models
  • Gumawa ng competing platforms gamit ang aming data o AI outputs
  • Gamitin ang AI-generated content para sa illegal, defamatory, o misleading purposes
  • Mag-claim na ang AI-generated content ay sariling gawa mo lang
  • Mag-mass generate ng content para mag-spam o manipulate ng TikTok algorithms

6. AMING MGA KARAPATAN

  • Pag-aari namin ang ViralData.ph at lahat ng content, AI models, at algorithms nito
  • Pwede ninyong gamitin ang aming analytics data at AI-generated content para sa inyong content creation at business lang
  • Ang AI-generated content (captions, descriptions, hooks) pwedeng gamitin commercially pero dapat i-review at i-edit kung kailangan
  • Kayo pa rin ang may-ari ng inyong original input data at creative modifications ng AI outputs
  • Pwede naming i-analyze ang inyong usage para mapabuti ang aming AI services at platform

7. DATA AT PRIVACY

  • Sumusunod kami sa Philippine Data Privacy Act
  • Ginagamit lang namin ang publicly available na TikTok data
  • Protected ang inyong personal info ayon sa aming Privacy Policy
  • Hindi namin magagarantiya ang 100% data security online
  • Ang AI-generated content ay secure at private sa inyo

8. MGA DISCLAIMER

  • May downtime ang service para sa maintenance o AI model updates
  • Ang analytics at AI predictions ay estimates lang, hindi guarantee ng viral success o sales results
  • Dapat i-review ang AI-generated content bago gamitin at baka kailangan i-edit
  • Umaasa kami sa TikTok platform at third-party AI services (mga changes ay pwedeng makaapekto sa functionality)
  • Hindi kami liable sa indirect damages o business losses mula sa AI-generated content

9. PAG-TERMINATE

  • Pwede kayong mag-cancel anytime through your account
  • Pwede naming i-terminate ang accounts na lumalabag sa mga tuntunin
  • Lahat ng payment obligations ay mananatili after termination

10. LEGAL STUFF

  • Governed by Philippine law
  • Mga disputes ay mare-resolve sa Metro Manila courts
  • Pwede naming i-update ang mga tuntunin (bibigyan namin kayo ng notice)
  • Ang mga tuntunin plus Privacy Policy = complete agreement
